chokkei ga ookii dake no
理由で、主力戦車に 化けるはめになり、改造に改造をかさねて 大戦末期には 鈍
重、
riyuu de, shuryoku-sensha ni bakeru hame ni nari, kaizou ni kaizou o
kasanete taisen-makki ni wa donjuu,
非力な「穴埋め、ないよりマシ」戦車に なり果てていったのである。
hiryokuna "anaume, nai yori mashi" sensha ni nari hatete itta node aru.
� In 1937, the Panzer IV, which started out as a fire-support tank, was
turned into a main force tank just because the diameter of its gun turret
was big, was reconstructed repeatedly, and by the end of the war became a
sluggish, no-power "stopgap, better than nothing" tank.
