words/phrases I couldn’t figure out (there were a lot, this time around ~_~)!  
Lol, so *yes* it’s finished!!

8/01 Notes: ^_^ Thanks for checking out my translations! These are from Chinese 
to English, so my accuracy and speed is a *whole lot* better than my 
Japanese-English attempts. But if anybody would like to correct me on 
names/titles or something (I've taken the liberty of coming up with completely 
original names for those I can't translate ^^;;), that would be greatly 
appreciated!   Any comments are entirely welcome!

Yoshikana-san hadn’t called~
[Translator’s note: please someone give me the real mispronunciation of Nao’s

Mi-chan:  The… Japanese porcelain doll is certainly lively
Marina:  Eek~ don’t hit his face!
Nao:  My name’s Yoshikawa Nao.
Hisashi:  Nao, you~
<FX: surprised!!>
Hisashi:  Who told you to cal my family~!?
Nao:  Because…
Yuri:  A runaway like you has the nerve to pin this on someone else?
Mi-chan:  Miss, you’re dealing with a patient here… please calm down
Mi-chan + Nao + Marina:  A runaway!?
Yuri:  So then, I’ll take you home!  I still have more to say… 
 Hisashi:  Who’s listening!?
Mi-chan:  Calm down!  Calm down
Hisashi:  Have you ever even stopped to remember why I left?  There’s nothing 
you can say.

Yuri:  I’ll be heading home then.  Be back later.
<FX: collective sigh>
Mi-chan:  What a fierce woman…
Nao:  Yeah… looks can be deceiving.  But… I never would have guessed that 
Hisashi ran away.
Marina:  Whew~ it sure surprised me.
Mi-chan:  But then, can somebody in high school even get a place on his own?  
And don’t you have to have insurance?  Although I can’t say from experience
Nao:  Well, the real estates agent was really cruddy, so I guess he didn’t need 
them!
Mi-chan:  But it’s dangerous to make such important agreements with random 
people.  I mean, the landlady here doesn’t know that you’re so strange.  
Luckily, Hisashi isn’t nearly as bad as you. 
Nao:  Who asked you?  And don’t call me a hag!

Marina:  Oh, poor Hisashi… the reason why he left must have been because of how 
oppressing that woman is.  But it’s still good.  Luckily, “Yuri” is just his 
sister-in-law.  So he doesn’t have a girlfriend.  Yay~
Mi-chan:  Hey!  Hey!  Marina’s at it again?
Nao:  Yeah~  <but it’s true, watching the two of them earlier, they sure don’t 
seem like lovers…>

<FX: spaced out>
Hisashi:  <I’m hungry…>
<sound FX: stomach rumbling>
<FX: sniff sniff>
Hisashi:  !  Smells good…
Nao:  Ah!  Morning~

Nao:  You hungry?  I’m warming up food right now.  They’re leftovers from 
yesterday, but I hope that’s alright!
Hisashi:  Un…?
Nao:  It’s ready~ eat!  I made a lot, so have extra helpings!
Hisashi:  …..

Hisashi:  Strange…
Nao:  Huh?
Hisashi:  Did you poison this?
Nao:  Why would I poison it!?  Forget it!  Nobody’s making you eat it!
Hisashi:  No, I’ll eat!  It’s just strange!  Yesterday, you were going so stingy 
with your food.  So why are you telling me to come eat today?  Ah!  I’ll have 
another bowl!  Get me some!
Nao:  … about yesterday, I’ve done some thinking.  Like, maybe I had

Nao:  That was because I cooked it for you, but you went off for tea with 
Marina!
Hisashi:  Oh!  So you were just being jealous!

Yuri:  I was just wondering where I’d met you before!  Turns out it’s Hisashi’s 
roommate!

Yuri:  Nako-san, right?

Nao: It’s Yoshikawa!
Yuri:  Ah!  Sorry, I’m not very good with names.  So what’s your full name?
Nao:  Yoshikawa Nao.
Yuri:  Nao, hm?  Ah!  So!  Call me Yuri:  And don’t be so formal when you’re 
talking to me~
Nao:  <What a cheerful person…>
Yuri:  Thanks for earlier.
Nao:  No…  It’s nothing… so those high school kids were just randomly chasing 
after you?
Yuri:  Well… how do I put this?  I work for the local tabloids.  I was asking 
them to fill out a questionnaire, but I didn’t think they’d use the chance to 
ask me out for tea!  I don’t hate it… but, wouldn’t it be better if they grew up 
before doing that?  High schoolers are too young for me!

Nao:  <Huh?>  But Hisashi’s only a high schooler too…
Yuri:  Why do you mention Hisashi?
Nao:  Ah!  H no, I let it slip!
Yuri:  What~!?  He kissed you because he thought you were me~!?

Nao:  Now it’s all out…
Yuri:  Oh my~  That wasn’t your first kiss, was it?

Yuri:  I must have kissed him at least 20 times already~  I’ve got a friend who 
lives by him, and takes me out to drink all the time.  Ah!  But I only started 
drinking when it was legal!
Hisashi:  No~
Nao:  <The life of an adult~>
<sound FX: whew~>
Nao:  Well geez, I thought maybe you two were having an affair!
Yuri:  That’s impossible!  Takuya and I are very good~  Since we just got 
engaged, things are better than ever
Nao:  That’s good then!
Yuri:  Although  Hisashi does like me~
Nao:  What!?
Yuri:  Oops!  Spilled the beans.  Oh well!  Hahaha!

Yuri:  So that’s the reason he ran away.  He said, “How can I live with the girl 
I like and her husband at the same time?”  Heh heh!  So there we go… so, I had 
to use a little force when I saw him.
Nao:  <Hm?  A little force?>
Yuri:  Get your butt up~  I figured I’d let him keep his crush on me, but I 
didn’t think he’d take it that far.  So it’s best to drag him home, I think.
Nao:  <What!?>

Nao:  <If Hisashi goes home now…>
Flow chart 1:  I’ll have to pay rental along ($10,500)

all.

them!
Nao:  <That would be bad!  Very bad indeed!>  You don’t need to worry!  I’ll 
take good care of him.  That’s the last time he’s fainting!
<FX: strong clasp>
Yuri:  Huh?  You can?
Nao:  Of course!  Don’t worry!  You can trust me with a million dollars!  Just 
leave it to me!!

Nao:  I’d like for you to have a happy, uninterrupted marriage.  Un!
Yuri:  Nao… thank you~  I was just thinking myself, that I’d like to get some 
time alone with Takuya, to have a happy marriage~ kya!
Nao:  Un!  <If Hisashi had to live with the two of them, It’d be terrible…>  
Wow, the fervor of love.
Yuri:  This is great.
Nao:  Hm?
Yuri:  I was worried about Hisashi living on his own.

Yuri:  Did you know that his parents are dead?
Nao:  Un!
Yuri:  Well they weren’t very expressive about their feelings before, so Hisashi 
grew up relying on Takuya. Now suddenly Takuya’s getting married, and to the 
girl he likes, no less.  So he must have been feeling really alone.  Shen I 
heard he was living with a girl, I was really surprised!  But now I know that if 
you’re there to take care of him, it puts my mind at ease.  Plus, my theory is 
that he has a crush on you.
Nao:  Huh!?  That’s impossible!  He’s so rude around me!
Yuri:  That’s just him being affectionate!  He’s even worse around me~

Nao:  But, even when I accidentally eat his milk pudding, he gets angry and 
huffy!  And he never splits his pizza with me!  Four portions!  He has four 
portions and never even gives me a little piece~
Yuri:  That Hisashi~ with anything relating to food, he turns completely 
different.  Knowing his personality, he couldn’t possibly have lived with 
someone he didn’t like for over a month.  Even if he didn’t have any money, he’d 
split.  That or kick the other person out.
Nao:  Maybe… you’re right…
Yuri:  Nao, I hope the two of you happiness.
Nao:  Happiness… hm… <if anything else, I’d like to live peacefully with him 
too.  Really, he’s not bad!>  <Un!>  <Okay!!>
Hisashi:  I’m back…
<FX: happy sunny~ smile>
Nao:  Oh you’re back~!!
Hisashi:  Strange woman.
Nao:  Be happy!  Be cheerful!  Be kind!  <Strength!  I must have strength!  
Smile!  I must smile!> 
Hisashi:  I’m hungry~ oh right!  Nao…
Nao:  Yes?  <Smile!  Smile!>
Hisashi:  <?>  Well… second semester begins tomorrow.

Nao:  <Be happy~>
Hisashi:  At school, I don’t want you to talk to me.
Nao:  <Eh?>

Nao:  What~ why~!?
Hisashi:  Well because, before break I didn’t even know you.  If we suddenly 
become great friends, everybody will notice.  Would you want to the world to 
know about us living together?  So also, it’d be better if we go to school at 
different times.  I’ll leave earlier.
Nao:  What!?  No!  I don’t know how to get to school from here!  I was thinking 
you’d take me…
Hisashi:  Yeah, right!  You can ask your friends to pick you up!  So that’s all!
Nao:  Hold on…

<sound FX: door closing>
Nao:  <”You want the world to know about us living together?”>  <I guess that 
jerk is right.>  <But still!>  <Still!  I’m still pissed~!!>

Hisashi:  Stop it!
